		<description>Can&#039;t agree more about getting rid of Bad debt and replacing it with good debt. We did this by buying property, selling off most of our portfolio and now have redrawn back as investment loans. We own our own home debt free and have money working for us for a change.

We now get asked to consider ventures and deals that weren&#039;t coming our way originally. I suppose you think differently and people see you in a different light.
